1. The detenue, i.e., Mr.Abhinav Kothari, has been produced.

2. We have interacted with him. The detenue is aged 25 years. He says he left the home on his own accord, as his father was pressurizing him to enter into matrimony.

3. To be noted, the petitioner is the father of the detenue, Mr.Abhinav Kothari.
