Crl.MP.No.8469 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.3624 of 2020 Crl.MP.No.8469 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.3624 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing regularly before the concerned police station and seeks a modification to the condition imposed by this Court on 25.02.2020 in Crl.OP.No.3624 of 2020.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor would concur with the said statement.

3. Given the duration of his appearance before the concerned police station, this Court also deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the police station concerned, as and when required.

4. This petition is accordingly allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in 25.02.2020 in Crl.OP.No.3624 of 2020, is modified.
