Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 22.11.2018 given by the petitioner and to file a report within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 22.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner and to file a report within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a complaint before the first respondent on 22.11.2018 against some persons regarding a money transaction in respect of a sale deed. Thereafter when the petitioner enquired about the said complaint, she found that no action was taken on the same and she was informed that the same was forwarded to the second respondent. On 14.12.2018 the petitioner submitted a letter before the second respondent requesting to take action on the said complaint. Even then, no steps were taken to register https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
FIR as such she has filed this petition.
3. It is seen that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2018 is still pending with the second respondent. The petitioner is only seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider her representation dated 22.11.2018 and pass orders.
4. Accordingly, without going into merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 22.11.2018 of the petitioner after giving opportunities to the parties concerned on merits and in accordance with law by conducting due enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
