Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to take action under the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 and Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, 1997, to pull down the illegal construction which was put up by respondents 8 to 10 in New S.No.14/6B27, Old S.No.93/6A2, Acharapattu Village, Aakkampattu Panchayat, within Vannur Sub-Registration District and Tindivanam Registration District as claimed by the petitioner in his representation dated 02.04.2015. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute action as and when required and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

"As action is already taken, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the w.p. with liberty to institute action as and when required."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. Costs made easy.
