This Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondents to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner dated 11.03.2013 within a specified time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that there was a fire accident in the kitchen due to leakage of gas resulted in the loss of materials worth Rs.4,62,500/- and in this regard a complaint has also been registered. The first respondent inspected the house and thereafter, no Orders have been passed. Therefore, seeks a Mandamus.

3. Since the prayer is limited, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2013, if the representation is not considered earlier, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If the representation is already considered 2/4

and any decision is taken, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
