ORDER

In this matter, there is already a direction by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet,Chennai-15, on 05.12.2019, directing the respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. It is found that, till date, the said order has not been complied with.

2. The respondent police is directed to follow the direction issued by the Magistrate abovestated and register the FIR within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
