This application is to condone the delay of 354 days in representing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 15.10.2019 passed in M.C.O.P. No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Chengalpattu.

2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and consequently, condone delay application is allowed. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous appeal and post the appeal after two weeks.
