This Criminal Revision case has been filed as against order passed by the Learned Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, at Egmore, Chennai, made in Crl.M.P.No.41520/2023 dated 07/11/2024 and to take the petitioner's complaint on file under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was listed on 14.07.2025, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 15.07.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 15.07.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non prosecution.
