ORDER

Mr.P.Chandrasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was superannuated on 31.12.2012. With regard to service matters, the petitioner has to approach Armed Forces Tribunal.

2. Mr.C.Samivel, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents is present.

3. As per Section 34 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, all cases relating to service matters of the members of the Armed Forces of the Union of India, they have to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal. With a liberty to approach the said Tribunal to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
