ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in her name. She had given a representation to the 2nd respondent on 20.02.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Page No.2 of 4

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
