O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram to dispose the C.C.No.173 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible with in a period of stipulated time.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.173 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate the trial and appear before the trial Court each and every hearing without fail.
