ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.223 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in the possession of 2 kgs of Ganja. Hence this complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
