ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification on the condition in para no.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2726 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.
2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.
3. In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has life threats and is therefore unable to comply with the conditions. Hence he prayed that he would appear before the jurisdictional Magistrate instead.
4. The submission of the petitioner cannot be countenanced. Hence this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
