Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order dated 02.09.2015 made in W.P. No. 27475 of 2015.

Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2015 in W.P. No. 27475 of 2015, the petitoiner has come forward with this contempt petition. 2.

A perusal of the communication sent by the Indian Bank, Zonal Office, Vigilance Cell dated 16.11.2015, which is available at Page No. 38 of the typed set of papers would disclose that explanation has been called for, from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the 2nd respondent in the writ petition and the factual

position has also been sought from the then Branch Manager of Jarikondalampatti and in view of the replies received from the respective staff, disciplinary action has been taken against the said staff.

Since action has been taken, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2015, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. If the petitioner wants information as to the further course of action against the 2nd respondent in the writ petition, he is at liberty to invoke the provisions of Right to Information Act.

With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed.
