COMMON ORDER The petitioners are students of School of Law, Saveetha University. They have indulged in campus violence and indiscipline. In this connection, they were placed under suspension on 26.02.2015 by the 6th respondent in consultation with respondents 2,3, 4 and Class Faculty. According to the petitioners, the act of preventing them from attending the college would deprive them of their right to write the examination for this current trimester on the ground of absenteeism. Hence these writ petitions.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that subsequent to the suspension, final orders came to be passed.

3. In view of the above, these writ petitions have become infructuous since nothing survives in these writ petitions and accordingly the same are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
