Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondents in Proceedings bearing No.2828/Pers & Estt.1/2013 dated 31.05.2013 and quash the same in so far as it seeks to withhold the terminal benefits due to the petitioner and direct the respondents to disburse the terminal benefits like Gratuity, Leave Salary, Special Provident Fund etc., due and payable to the petitioner as on the date of his retirement, viz., 31.05.2013 together with interest at such rate as this Hon'ble Court may consider reasonable.
