ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.04.2025, 15.04.2025 and 22.04.2025.

2.In those representations, the petitioner claims that a request was made by her for issuance of patta in her name for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the said property and therefore, she is entitled for patta. 3.Admittedly, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the other family members of the petitioner's late husband with regard to the ownership of the property. It is a title dispute. Being a title dispute, the revenue authorities

cannot adjudicate the same. The Civil Courts can only adjudicate the same. Therefore, the representations of the petitioner, referred to supra in the prayer to this writ petition, cannot be adjudicated by the second respondent and it can be adjudicated only by the Civil Court.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for redressal of her grievance pertaining to the dispute involving the subject property.
