The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for the direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the petitioner's request was rejected through an order dated 22.01.2018, stating that the property is in possession of Burma Hindu Nadar Mahajana Sangam. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition, cannot be considered at this point of time. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to them to establish their rights in accordance with law either by challenging the rejection order dated 22.01.2018 or otherwise.

3.With these observations, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs.
