(4) Mr.A.Sathya Nathan to implead them as Respondents 2 to 5 in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Notice to the respondents 2 to 5 returnable by 27.04.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter on 27.04.2022.
