R.N.Sivaprakash Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta bearing No.6241 issued in the name of the 2nd respondent and restore Patta bearing No.797 in the name of the petitioner for the land in Plot No.8 comprised in Survey No.15/57 part measuring to an extent of 7200 Sq. ft. situated at "VGP Golden Beach Part - III", Injambakkam Village, then Saidapet Taluk, presently Sholinganallur Taluk, then Kancheepuram District based on the representation dated 26.03.2019 submitted by the petitioner, within time a period stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to cancel the patta that has been issued in the name of the 2nd respondent and restore the Patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 1st respondent and notice is being sent to the petitioner and the enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fixed on 27.03.2020.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving an opportunity to the 2nd respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
