ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to sanction the minimum pension to the petitioner as per G.O.313, Finance (Pay Commission) Department, dated 25.10.2017 as per the second respondent's letter in Na.Ka.No.34655/S4/2022, dated 09.02.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
