The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to forbear the respondents from utilising the school premises at Holy Angel's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, at No.53, Trunk Road, Porur, Chennai 600 106 for any purpose like Adhar Card Registration, distribution, election purposes etc.,
2. After notice, the matter is listed today for further hearing. The learned Special Government Pleader based on written instruction issued by the Revenue Department, Madhuravoyal, submitted that the petitioner's school will not be used for any purpose including holding it as the election booth in future.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above statement shall be recorded and the writ petition may be closed. Accordingly, recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
