O R D E R
The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vriddhachalam, dated 07.08.2018, in I.A.No.49 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2016, as against the maintenance claim of Rs.16,000/- together with litigation expenses. http://www.judis.nic.in
P.T.ASHA, J.
mkn 2.The learned Judge has ordered a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondent and her minor child, apart from a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards litigation expenses.
3.The sum of Rs.4,000/- would barely make ends meet and therefore, considering the fact that the respondent has not come up by way of petition, I find no infirmity in the order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vriddhachalam, in I.A.No.49 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.99 of 2016. 4.In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.03.2019 mkn Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Speaking order / Nonspeaking order To The Principal Subordinate Judge, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore District.
