M.MADHUPRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17379 of 2021 dated 27.09.2021.

2. To comply the conditional order, the petitioner has sold his property to mobilize Rs.75,00,000/-. However, it was done only after the time prescribed. Now, he has come before this Court for extension of time.

3. Considering the photocopy of the Demand Draft drawn by the petitioner in favour of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai for Rs.75,00,000/-, this Court is convinced the bonafide of the petitioner. Hence, time to deposit the said Demand Draft is extended upto 11.04.2022.
