These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without due process of law at instance of any false and frivolous complaint in respect of practice of allopathy medicine as community health care provider (CHP) while implementing Tamil Nadu Clinical establishment (Regulations) rules-2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioners as on date.

3. On such circumstances, the petitioners shall not be harassed by the respondents police.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
