ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 94 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This is a jumped bail petition. The petitioners have not surrendered themselves before the trial Court, however trying to get orders from the Court by filing frivolous petition for anticipatory bail.

3. The only remedy available to the petitioners is to surrender before the trial Court which has issued a warrant and by filing a petition under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C. to recall the same.
