ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed as Para No 7.(a) the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Pennagaram Police Station, Dharmapuri District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty (30) days and thereafter, appear before the respondent police as and when required for the interrogation in Crl.OP.no.23528 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
