No.427 of 2009, dated 02.08.2011, on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Cuddalore. 1/3

sli 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 30.01.2021.

3.So far no steps have been taken and the legal representatives of the appellant are not impleaded. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are also closed.
