ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already undergone treatment at Sri Ramachandra Medical College Hospital, Porur, and has complied with the conditions imposed by this court. The Petitioner after completion of the treatment, Surrendered before the respondent police and it is stated that he has been confined to Central Prison, Puzhal.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to take instructions from the respondent police.
