2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the respondents 1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and 2 are present.

3.In the counter filed by the second respondent, the second respondent has explained the manner in which the investigation was conducted and the number of witnesses examined and other materials collected in the same. The counter further says that after completion of investigation charge sheet was filed before the Court concerned. It is also stated therein that though charge sheet was prepared on 05.09.2013, the same was misplaced due to shifting of the second respondent police station during April 2014 and submitted before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore on 28.04.2015 and thereafter taken on file as CC.No.206 of 2015. In view of the above stated position, no further order is warranted herein.
