The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 29.03.2021 seeking to withdraw this petition. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
2. It is seen that this Court by order dated 07.01.2021 had granted an interim stay of investigation in Crime No.770 of 2019 and in view of the withdrawal letter, stay automatically gets vacated. The respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation in accordance with law.
