This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on the 1st Working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4880/2021 in Crl.RC.No.210/2021.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Driver and his avocation needs long travel. He further submits that due to the condition imposed, he is unable to continue with the profession and his earnings are getting affected.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4880/2021 in Crl.RC.No.210/2021 is relaxed.
