2. Learned Government Pleader concedes that the controversy in question is covered by our order in W.P.No.24976 of 2008, etc. (batch)(K.R.Ramaswamy @ Traffic Ramaswamy vs. The Secretary, Department of Telecommunications and Others) decided on 05.03.2015 read with the order passed in W.P.Nos.9335 and 16079 of 2014 (M/s.Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., vs. The District Collector and five others) decided on 16.03.2015, and thus, the respondent in supersession of the impugned order already passed would act in accordance therewith. The consequent result is the impugned order dated 27.03.2015 stands quashed by consent.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2015 are closed.
