This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 476 days in filing the writ appeal.

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

On being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 476 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post on 09.01.2023 under the caption "for admission". The Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.M.R.Raghavan as learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 in the cause list.
