ORDER

The order and direction issued in the writ petition in W.P.No.27914 of 2012 dated 13.04.2015 has been partially complied with by the respondents and the petitioner has been granted promotion. appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order in the writ petition, writ appeal has been filed though belatedly.

3.In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present, leaving it open to the petitioner to move a fresh Contempt Petition in the event of the writ appeal being dismissed.
