(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The matter stands posted today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, namely, the Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that paragraph 9 of the judgment will have to be clarified as to whether the payment of Rs.2 lakhs is for every month or one time payment. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that without going into the controversy, for the remaining five months, a total sum of Rs.10 lakhs would be deposited on the file of Special Court, Chennai in S.C.No. 74 of 2017.

4.We find that the said submission by the learned counsel for the respondent would put an end to the issue sought to be raised by way of mentioning.

5.Accordingly, we direct the respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of S.C.No.74 of 2017 on the file of the Special Court, Chennai, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.We make it clear that the earlier conditional order and the present one passed would certainly be subject to the final orders to be passed by the Special Court, Chennai.
