This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the names of respondents 5 to 8.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is pending before the second respondent. In view of the same, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.01.2025 after affording opportunity to respondents 5 to 8 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
