ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1.The Petitioner herein, apprehending arrest at the hands of the Respondent Police, for having allegedly committed the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1A)(ii) of the TNP Act, in Cr.No.44 of 2020, has filed this Criminal Original Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.PC, seeking anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The case of the Prosecution is that since the Petitioner was found in possession of 110 litres of liquor by illegal means, he was implicated as an accused in the case on hand. 4.According to the Petitioner, the Petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged offences.

5.On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Petitioner was found in possession of 110 litres of liquor by illegal means and he has one previous case and hence, oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, particularly the fact that the Petitioner has one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
