This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the criminal case in C.C. No.37 of 2021 pending on the file of Fast Track Court, Ariyalur.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that now the trial in the criminal case in Spl.C.C.No. 37 of 2021 was completed and the petitioner was acquitted on 18.10.2023 before the Mahila Court, Ariyalur. Hence, the relief sought by the petitioners as such became infructuous.

3. In view of the submissions of learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the trial in the criminal case in Spl.C.C.No.37 of 2021 was completed and the petitioner was acquitted from the said case 2/4

on 18.10.2023, thereby the relief sought by these petitioners became infructuous. Hence, this Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
