2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.941 of 2015 has been completed and RCS notice has been served on the de facto complainant by affixture on 12.03.2016.
