Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioners on their release from prison, shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3493/2021 order dated 23.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021 dated 23.02.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3493 of 2021 dated 23.02.2021, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
