ORDER

By order dated 10.01.2014 in W.P.No.1005 of 2014, this Court has directed the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the regular time scale of Forest Watchers by taking into account of their seniority and qualification on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ par with their juniors, in the light of the earlier orders of this Court, within a period of six weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of the order of this Court. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 10.01.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 03.03.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
