(Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 7 has placed a communication dated 13.09.2024 of the District Collector, wherein it is stated that on 12.09.2024 order has been passed under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. Hence, he submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the order of the Court has been complied with.

3.The respondent Department has complied with the order of this court only after this court gave a specific direction to do so. Though there is a delay on the part of the respondent Department in complying with the order, since the order has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this application.
