PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent Joint Director in Na. Ka. No. 6951/W5/E3/2012 dated 05.09.2013 refusing approval to the appointment of Mrs.R.Rethinakumari as Headmistress of the petitioner School, quash the same and further direct the 5th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of Mrs.R.Rethinakumari as Headmistress w.e.f. date of her appointment on 30.4.2001 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowances For Petitioner : M/s.H.Mary Sowmi Rexi for M/s ISAAC Mohanlal For Respondents : Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, G.A. for R1 to R5

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
