ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.OP.No.31081 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed, there is no justification for modification or relaxation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
