CR.NO.NOT KNOWN OF 2018 For Petitioner : M/S.G.LAVANYA Advocate For Respondent : MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is a petition filed for Anticipatory Bail.

2. The alleged offences against the petitioner are under Sections 420 & 506(ii) of I.P.C., pending enquiry in C.S.R. No.164 of 2018 dated 02.03.2018 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. In the above said circumstances, the following orders are passed in this Criminal Original Petition that:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate with the respondent police in completing the enquiry pending before the respondent police in the afore said C.S.R.

(ii) During the enquiry / investigation if the respondent Police requires to arrest the petitioner, then the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail, on condition that

1. The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town;

2. The petitioner shall appear thereafter before the respondent police as and when required.

With these directions and observations, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
