ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.31081 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed, there is no scope for granting extension of time. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
