The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the appeal against the judgment in C.C.No.65 of 2016 dated 15.12.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC1), Coimbatore.

2. Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
