All the miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the respective writ appeals as against the common order dated 29.09.2023 made in W.P.Nos.26870, 26872, 26874, 26878 of 2023 etc. batch.

2. Mr.V.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel is appearing for the first respondent all the petitions.

3. Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader is appearing for the second and third respondent in all the petitions.

4. Despite name has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the fourth respondent in all the petitions.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 3.

6. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the respective accompanying affidavits, the delay of 123 days in filing the respective writ appeals is condoned and all the miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

7. The Registry is directed to number the writ appeals, if they are otherwise found to be in order.
