Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to settle the arrears of Provident Fund amount for a period from 02.02.2010 to 31.10.2012 along with interest of 18% per annum on delayed payment from 08.03.2013 the date of acceptance of Resignation to till date of settlement of the benefits to the petitioner within a limited time frame.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
